Some hitting tips from our Summer Stars Baseball Club

  1. Over loading your weight can lead to moving your head, which can make it very difficult to see the ball, and hit the ball.
  2. Be sure that your back eye has an unobstructed view of the pitch.  Sometimes the bridge of your nose can actually block your vision, thus making it harder to see and hit the ball.
